The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Morgan Creek Estates, Phase 4, Lot 23A being a replat of Lot 23 Morgan Creek Estates Phase 4, to create one (1) lot for residential use. The ± 0.800-acre site is located ± 360 feet north of the intersection of Cattle Drive and Norell Rd Road, located in the extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Midlothian, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
This replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
