The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Grande Casa Ranchitos, Tracts 28A – 28C, being a replat of Tract 28 and a portion of Tract 29, Grande Casa Ranchitos, to create two (2) additional lots for a total of three (3) lots. The property contains ± 9.131 acres of land located ± 595 feet north of the intersection of Grande Casa Road and Old Maypearl Road, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
