been filed with the Ellis County Department of Development to re-plat, lot 2
& 3, block F, located in Flying W Estates, Unit IV & V, a subdivision in
Ellis County, Texas., the replat will create lot 2R (3.585 acres). The address
is on Old Buena Vista Road, Waxahachie. The application will be presented
to the Ellis County Commissioner’s Court located at the Ellis County Courthouse,
101 W. Main St., Waxahachie, Texas at 2:00 P.M., October 10, 2017.
