All Ellis County offices will be closed Tuesday, February 16th, Wednesday, February 17th, Thursday, February 18th with a delayed opening on Friday, February 19th at 10:30 a.m. due to severe winter weather, continued rolling power blackouts and the cancellation of many local school districts.
