The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Tract 17A-17C, Grande Casa Ranchitos, to create two (2) new lots for residential use. The property contains ± 7.698 acres of land in the A. Baird Survey, Abstract No. 111, located on the north side of Old Maypearl Road, ±1,650 feet east of the intersection of Old Maypearl Road and North Falling Leaves Drive, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
